What can I expect from the class?

Strength, coordination, flexibility, self confidence and laughter are always on the programme. Classes are taught in a welcoming and positive athmosphere. You work at your own pace, set and achieve your personal goals with the guidance of your instructor.

Is my level of fitness suitable for this class?

The variety in intensity of movements makes the class adaptable to all levels of fitness. The vairiety in style of music keeps the participants engaged and motivated.
